Umnikelo is a Cost Management and Project Management, a company founded on passion for Quantity Surveying, Project Management, and Construction. We leverage our expertise to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

The company has over 10 years of experience in a diverse range within the built environment, providing value engineering and cost advise to contractors.
We have identified a gap in the traditional QS structure because the contractors do not have structured cost engineering services. Through our experience within the built environment, we aim to assist emerging contractors and developers with contractual compliance, value engineering, pricing as well as final claims.
